Group of 4 holes, with sharpened stakes (layer (3)) square approximately 130cm. One stump burnt on top. Other 3 just approximately centre of F____. Average length of surviving stake= 45cm. Average diameter of stake holes = 23cm. Feature situated in centre of severe surface burning. See level 2 plan. Separate plan made. Modern? Postholes: . diameter = 17.5cm, depth = 48cm. . diameter = 18cm, depth = 43cm. . diameter = 16cm, depth = 42cm. . diameter = 22cm, depth = 49.5cm. 5cm deep
